Accidently sprayed antibacterial dish soap on my garden plants…?

Are they going to die? They look pretty bad. I just didn’t know you couldn’t use the anti bacterial kind (oops)… They turned a little yellow and shriveled looking and the leaves are falling off the bell pepper plant. This was about a week ago but it looks like the damage stopped and they may be bouncing back… just with a few less leaves than they started out. The tomoto plants look the best, but my cantaloupe and bell pepper look the worst :’(

keep them watered really good. should wash away the soap.
