CONTAINER GARDENING WATERING TIPS

Sprouts turning yellow?
I’m planting a garden for a school environmental project, and I’m going to grow radishes. I germinated the seeds, and planted them in a container indoors, since its too cold to transfer them outside. They’re about 5 -10 cm tall now, but the thing is some are turning yellow and I can’t figure out why. Some are green like they should be, but the rest are just kinda weak, yellow things. I water them well.. I just dont get it. Maybe I don’t have a green thumb, lol.
Any tips?
Thanks, greatly appreciated. x
Sounds like they need more light. Put them next to a south-facing window that is not shaded by a tree, or as close to that as you can. You could also put a lamp over them.
Also, you could be over watering. The soil should be moist but not muddy. Plants take oxygen up from the soil and if the air cavities in the soil are filled with water, the plant can’t take oxygen and literally drowns.
