childrens tv programme – help!!!!!?

A tv programme me and my sister used to watch, she says little charactors went in the garden and some things went wrong and they wash things up with this special washing powder :S
But I am not sure what it is called, it was probably on in 2000- 2004 ish

Tots tv? One of them was french, there was a donkey and a magic backpack…
