Headphones – Noise excluding – BBC Radio access: Can anyone Recommend?

I love gardening but we are being plagued by ‘noisy neighbours’ and their swimming pool.
Has anyone used noise excluding headphones with a built in FM Radio and can you recommend a pair that really works well out in the garden?

I don’t know about the radio, but skullcandy earphones are great for noise exclusion.
