looking to put small shed at back of garden any good advice or tips !?

My husband had his built by a carpenter and had it insulated plus two ceiling lights. It is 12′ x 16′ with one window. He put a small sized air conditioner in the bottom half of the window. He is very comfortable working out there year round.

We planted a flower bed of canna and Mexican petunias next to it. Looks very pretty all summer long.
