RAISED GARDENING BEDS UK

When is the best time to transfer grasses?
from pots to the garden. I have bought some different types of grasses. I put them in large pots as I have no room in my raised flower beds at present and I want these grasses to be a permanent feature. My flowers beds are full at present of flowers that will only last this season. (UK)
When plants are growing in the ground and they must be moved, there are definitely good and bad times to move them. This is because their roots will be damaged and if it is done at a time when the plant has high water needs, the plant will likely die. Your plants on the other hand are in pots. No matter what the season, most all plants would be happier and easier to care for in the ground, granted you remember to water them properly. Basically, the best time to transplant a potted plant is as soon as possible after you buy it.
