PRINTABLE GARDENING LABELS

Urgent..I need help..math geniuses?
Create a scale drawing of each item on the grid paper, as a net drawing. The scale ratio should be 10 m = 1 cm on the grid paper. Label the net using the actual measurements of the real life structure, not the scale measurements. I can use Geometer’s Sketchpad, my own graph paper, or the printable grid paper to draw my nets.
I need the net drawings for my prism and pyramid. Which is:
Yebisu Garden Place Tower in Toyko – a rectangular prism Sides = 55 m x 70m Height 165 m
Khafre Pyramid in Egypt – a square pyramid Side = 215 m Height 145 m.
I have no idea how to grid this, can you please help me! I’m almost done, this is the only thing left I have to do and I’m stuck!!
If there is a website I can gride this on.Please tell me, I really need to finish this A.S.A.P! Thnx for your help. 
Your scale will be 1cm/10m
for prism 55m*1cm/10m=5.5cm
70m————–=7cm
165m————=16.5cm
Similarly for pyramid
