A small part from my plastic garden shed blew into neighbors yard and they wont give it back,any ideas?

My garden shed is the Rubbermaid plastic type you can get at the home depot. I placed it on the edge of my lot (next to the fence) and the weather strip on the roof slipped onto my neighbors lot(I never secured it on that side cause of the fence and thought it would be fine).I went over and poleitly asked for it back and if I could perform repairs from their yard.They told me to fuck off!
I guess I cant repair from their side(without their consent but they cant keep my roof strip can they???????????
How do I get it back

If they don’t have a dog, then go over at night and take it. It really is your property after all.
