Give more information on Trees that bear beautiful flowers.?

I live in Bangalore, no more the garden city.but i plan to plant trees where ever there is space at my cost, basically on the roads, but i need help from people who can give me information on trees that bear flowers and that are available in India. please help.

You may have to check with whomever is in authority to get permission to plant the trees in public places.
