Can anyone remember a 90’s children’s TV program about a clock that struck thirteen?

I’m sure it was one child who had gone to stay with family or something and the grandfather clock used to strike thirteen and when it did he/she went through the back garden to the past. Im sure it was on BBC one in the early ninties. Can anyone help
