What should we do? OUr company start target to those who have high paid scale by an hour. We are old employees from 5 to 10 years working at this NetworkM Managememt/ Casino third party provider at south and north califonria… at oak club, san paplo south san francisco and Garden City San Jose. They/ supervisors create problems and pay attention to all of us to catch any mistakes if they can to make an excuse for firing us. That is their plan. Generally, people who have been working for a company for a long time tend to be older. By targeting people making more money, they may be inadvertently targeting older people. That would be illegal even if it is an unintended result on their part. I would consult with a labor attorney about the possibility of filing a lawsuit when you are laid off.
