Info regarding Clair Del Gardens apartment in Long Beach CA?
Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any input regarding Clair Del Gardens apartments in Long Beach CA. I’ve heard mixed reviews and even checked the PD Blotter. Any other tips to research a new area??
I don’t recomend them.
If you want to live in a good, safe part of Long Beach than you need to look south of Cherry and west of 4th St.
There are other nice neighborhoods hidden around LB, but for the most part you will be surrounded by poorer neighborhoods. Virginia Country Club and the area arounbd CSLUB being the major exceptions.
