Phillip Garrido The Monster?
Why did the local police not notice that Phillip Garrido had a back garden full of tents and even though it was reported to the police on many occasions that young girls had been seen in that area it was never searched, The police said it was well hidden BUT if you look on google maps(Satellite) images it can be see clearly and on the Google Street View you can see the tents and they said the place was sound proofed but if you look at the pictures you can see sunlight if it was soundproofed you would not be able to see the sunlight
