GARDENING ONIONS DRYING
Where have the worms from my wormery gone?

I made my own wormery following instructions i got from the net. Theres plenty of rotting garden and kitchen waste (no onions, citrus or meat items), It doesn’t look too wet or too dry.

To date i’ve put in two lots dendrabeona worms and they’ve all vanished.

Where have they gone and how can i keep them happy so they stay put?
The wormery is sited in a small plastic dustbin. There air holes drilled around the under side of the rim to prevent rain going straight in. The lid is secured by a strong bung cord.

Do you have it in a closed container if you do not then of course not all of them are sticking around. If yuo do then just add 12 a week and keep adding non-alkaline based rottables in to it eventually they will be happy horny and reproduce untill it is almost completely self reliant
