This is Country Magazine’s brainteaser. I’ve looked at it for over half an hour and searched online to no avail. I can’t go on wondering any longer. Please help!
So by “Remove eight letters” they mean the word I’m looking for is eight letters!? Their directions sound like you take away eight letters to have a twelve letter word left. Grr… that’s frustrating. I thought of tomatoes pretty soon but it didn’t fit with the directions.
