Do you think that I should go to college?

I am on SSI for social anxiety, and I also love to write storybooks and poetry. I have self published one book, although self publishing was rather expensive and I am looking to eventually find a traditional publishing house for my future work. I am not into the whole structured setting of a school, and have been homeschooled since 9th grade. I do get out, so I’m not isolated or anything. I do volunteer work at a local newspaper every week and also do gardening/yard work for a friend. However, I am also interested in nutritional studies, but am not sure whether to pursue this. I had planned to take an online English Composition course to use towards my writing, but am thinking, instead, about pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, as well, and using this to become a nutritionist and write books in that genre. However, college is very expensive, even with financial aide, and I don’t know if I am willing to invest that much. What would you do if it were you?

if you can afford to go just part time that may make it more affordable. if you really want to go, do it. don’t let money hold you back. but be smart and don’t get debt that you can’t afford to pay back.
