Will the Smoking Ban add to the Climate Change Damage?

Pubs, Clubs and Restaurants are making outside space with Patio Heaters which will inflict unecessary damage to the Environment and waste energy. Some Garden Centre’s are going to sell out of their stock and stop selling them because of their concerns. One of them is the Chain of Wyevale Garden Centres.

I seriously doubt that, on a global basis, those patio heaters will do much for global warming. If we all considered the vehicles we drive in terms of efficiency, it would help alot more than banning outdoor heaters. MY guess is in five to ten years there will be alot fewer smokers anyway.
