can someone make me a blogger layout for free?
please dont give me links to premade ones none of them fit my needs i found one i liked but it was xtl er something and it just wouldnt work, i want it to look the the link below i just need the code and i can tweak the colors since i know a little html and css I need it to look the one on the link because it fits my blogger needs prefectly please and super thank you so much
