I want to go to a college that has beautiful scenic views, and by rivers.. but also has my courses?

So i will be at the time where i need to start touring colleges in both MN, and WI colleges. I want to go to a college that is beautiful, by water, gardens, rivers, bridges, and welcoming. Also has towns with shops to enjoy time with friends that’s relaxing. I might go to college for art, child development (babies), or journalism. What colleges would be good for me then??
