Sage what type is best to use?
I had no idea sage had so many types:
White, Lacota, New Mexico, garden, purple, golden and Berggarten. I am sure if I look some more I will find other types of Sage.
My question is I want to cleanse, reflect negativity, and work in an environment that is welcoming for all. I have heard that Sage will benefit me and the animals I work with. I am excited to use the smudge sticks and am not sure which type of sage to purchase.
White Sage is good for smudging and clearing, reflecting negativity. Also good to get pure essential oil sage and mix with water and spray as mister. Or you can get tea candle light burner for essential oils. Just add water and a few drops of sage essential oil to your burner.
