what is best????????

i am 15 and looking at 2 particular bows.
i am only planning to shoot targets in my garden and i cant decide between the two please help.

btw whitch one do you think will be better or a beginner that has only used a bow twice and whitch one has more power and is easy to use.

If you are 15, you might want to skip the kid’s stuff and go for a standard adult bow. Compound bows (like the one in the first link) are easier to shoot than recurve bows (like the one in the second link) because they don’t require full effort to hold the bow at full draw. The cams on a compound rotate as your draw the bow, and when you get to full draw weight, they reach what is called the bow’s “break”. At that point, it only requires 50% or less of full draw weight to hold the bow at full draw. With a recurve, you need to apply full strength to hold it at full draw. For example. If your bow has a 60 pound draw weight, it requires a full 60 pounds of pulling force to hold it at full draw if it is a recurve. For a compound bow, it might only require 30 or 35 pounds. (But it does still require 60 pounds to get it to the “break” point where the cams roll over).
