AUSTRALIA GARDENING JOBS

Royal on the Park Brisbane Australia

I had mates from New Zealand, Rockhampton & Tassie stay at the hotel for three days, although I’m living in Brisbane I assumed a night away for me, my partner and the two kids would be pleasurable, catching up with old faculty friends.

We have stayed at many hotels in Brisbane so we decided to try The Royal due to its close position to the Botanical Gardens.

On check in the porter on duty an older gentlemen stood at he’s’s tiny post and didn’t need to help us with our luggage……not a good start. The Room though a little old in appearance had a good bed, soft sheets, good pillows. The youngsters slept on a pull out style settee bed which was fine for them. Luckily while he was there a chef walked thru, asked whether he was been looked after, waiting for a coffee he said, no Problems related the cook, what would I like and then made it for him, he can make coffee, right temperature, good coffee.
Our room 637 was huge, basically it was 2 rooms joined together to form an enormous cushty suite.
He then cleared are table, saw the kids rather bored and went to reception and got some pens and paper for the girls to draw. Staff friendly and helpful everything went accordingly to plan.

Food in restaurant apparently superb, my friends hubby from NZ in hostels for a considerable time thought the food was super, staff in eaterie a little young but pleasant. Overall experience was very good, few small issues with staff, comfortable hotel, central, facilities OK need an upgrade, food the neatest thing, weird to have such good food and poor staff serving it, breakfast on Sun. very busy, little wait but fine, we accepted. When checking out my man commented on the service, just to give them feedback, a lady come out of a room in a flash and asked us if we wanted to make a complaint about the chef, you know what cooks are like she announced. Confused my husband told her the chef in reality was the high point of the stay and he was very very helpfull, she just turned and vanished.
Good Job Chef!, should have asked he’s’s name but did not.

( sounds weird..! ) it was..
The bedroom was down the corridor in another room and the king size bed needed to be one of the most cushty hotel beds we had slept in for a long, long time. The room was extremely roomy with a lovely settee, TV and huge wardrobes.
there is a really nice outside swimming pool, a gym and a bar and restaurant .

Overall – We completely loved our comfortable bed and the room though a little strange in the layout was extremely comfortable and I highly recommend you book the Spa luxury Suite if you are hunting for spaceWe liked the site of the hotel its lovely for getting around Brisbane and if you like walking its just awe-inspiring relating to mooching through the Botanical Gardens onto the boardwalk to South-bank.
The hotel is barely dated regarding the facade and reception lobby areas, in any case we found it to be an extremely comfy hotel.
