Does anyone have information on Rain Gardens or Rain Barrels?

I am on the Rain Garden Initative of Toledo-Lucas County and I am working on a project for our county commissioner days. If anyone has any information on rain gardens or know of any good websites/brochures/news articles on the subject could you please pass them my way? Thanks!
