ADVICE GARDENING ORGANIC

wanting to start a garden, some advice about the soil? ( i have conditions)?
so, the reason I am starting my own veggi garden is because people around here keep getting sick from the fruits being sold in stores (testing positive for salmonella and e coli) they traced it back to the veggi farms where they are using fetilizer tainted with this.
Anyways, I want to find soil that doesnt contain anything with animal stuff so i can keep my family safe (of course we wash the produce before consuming but that doesnt always work especially with spinish) and preferably organic.
i was thinknig about a hydroponic garden but that would be too complicated to build as we already have a green house but arent interested in hooking anything up like tha.t
thanks.
just test your own soil, any farm supply in the country will do it for you, or feed stores will also, just keep the “natural” fertilizers off your garden and you will be fine, as long as the bunnies, birds, squirrels, moles, mice, skunks, possums, cats, dogs, deer, coons, (i can go on and on) stay out of the garden you will get the results you want (in other words its impossible to keep manures off even bugs defecate, and you need them to pollinate)
after you test the soil in your own property as long as you don’t use cow, pig, or human fertilizers you should be fine, the problem is people don’t wash the produce before they eat it, unless lettuces or very leafy veggies, then it can draw into the plant itself. but wandering animals pose no danger to you from their droppings, the circle of life will always be round.
