Is it too early to start planting…?

I live in the Northern Nevada area and I want to start my garden already, but I don’t want my seeds to freeze.
I’m planting various kinds of vegetables if that makes any difference.
Is it too early?
Will they freeze?

I’d ask at the garden center or greenhouse. NOT HOME DEPOT OR LOWE’S.

I usually start on Good Friday with my cold weather stuff: Peas, cauliflower, broccoli, etc.
